For services: 180 days or 15000 km (whichever comes first) - for engine repair, components and technical maintenance. For spare parts: 180 days or 15000 km (whichever comes first) Under warranty for services, the owner has the right to request rework of unsatisfactory work free of charge during the warranty period. The warranty begins on the day the work is completed according to the issued work order. To claim the warranty, it is mandatory to have the official work order with a completed list of performed work and payment documents confirming the last transaction. To rectify defects under warranty, relevant work orders and payment documents must be provided. The warranty is only valid for re-repair at the Volkkarihuolto auto service. No refunds will be issued. The warranty applies only to the work and spare parts specified in this work order. The warranty does not cover: Malfunctions caused by improper operation. Malfunctions and work not specified in this work order, caused by the client's continued use of a known faulty vehicle. Malfunctions caused by the client's failure to follow the service recommendations. Malfunctions that are a result of other related defects. Malfunctions caused by the failure of parts not purchased from the Volkkarihuolto service. Warranty obligations do not apply to the following items considered consumables, lubricants, and other elements subject to normal wear and tear: Air filters, Drive belts, Brake pads, Windshield wiper blades, Fuses Incandescent bulbs, Electric brushes, Oils, technical fluids, and lubricants (not eligible for return).
